at this point he did not say a word and pulled out the correct wristband from the drawer. I explained to him that he gave me the wrong wristband and he said that he didn't, I pulled out the receipt and explained that I was given the wrong wristband and the wrong time. At this point I was fed up, I walked back up to the counter, Wayne, Tired of seeing me, rolls his eyes and doesn't even bother to address me. All in all, I wouldn't be so upset, but Wayne once again messed up, I checked my receipt before running into the trampoline area and made sure to keep it in my wallet for my records, however my jump time was cut short once again as Wayne had handed me the wrong wristband and was told to leave the trampoline park. At this point I don't care anymore and I am just waiting for my socks which he forgot to hand me and I waited another 5 minutes to receive from the manager who then apologized and handed them to me. Once he handed me the change not a single apology for the wait or inconvenience. She had to go get the change out of the back office and once again I was left waiting, this time he could have used to make small talk or put on my wristband and hand me my socks but silence. I waited for at least 5 minutes and she was back. I offered him the 8 cents so that he could give me a dollar back, not hard math, he refused and said she would be back. Once again, I understand the wait, I don't mind. I purchased a 30 minute pass and was waiting for my change, after he had run out of pennies he called a supervisor to come get him some. Wayne seemed upset to see me again, once again I understand, working in tourism sucks. Shortly after, I went back to purchase a pass for half an hour for myself,and this is where it all truly happened. With the first transaction it was quick and nothing to complain about, we purchased two tickets for two kids for an hour ranging at about 30$, not bad. I wasn't upset by this in particular, we were helped by a kid named Wayne, this happened about a month ago and I still remember his name due to the awful experience I had. Where to begin, When we arrived to rocking jump we were greeted by unenthusiastic employees, I have worked in the hospitality industry so I understand that it can be a drain of energy.
